the first tender green herbs of the year inspired us to create this blend of dill, chives and parsley. This blend is designed to complement the fresh peas, leeks, and fava beans that begin to appear in the spring markets. This seasoning is best used to enhance your soups, sauces, and any mild flavored seafood.

For fish: completely coat the exposed flesh of a fish filet and bake, in an oven, at 400 degrees until just underdone.

Our salmon Choice: Chinook, also called Spring or King salmon.
